Terms & Conditions

1. Floors must be flat clean, dry and ready to install, should FloorFit™ assess that the floor/room is not ready to be installed/fitted then FloorFit™ reserve the right to cancel the installation/fitting and leave materials, charging balance + costs;

2. Fitters/Installers must have immediate parking facility outside of Customer premises, if a cost is involved due to parking etc. then Customer agrees to pay fees;

3. If Customer is unavailable on the day of installation when our fitters arrive, FloorFit™ will arrange another fitting date, and charge reasonable costs for travel and loss of work;

4. It is the Customer responsibility to check that when new flooring is installed appliances can be refitted under appliance housings i.e. washing machine, fridge etc. reinstalled; that doors will close over low thresholds, e.g. front door etc.;

5. Work will commence only after Customer has made full payment of agreed installation and fitting fee;

6. Customer must be available on completion to sign Inspection Notice;

7. All statutory rights under the Supply of Goods Act 1982, and Consumer Protection Act 1987 apply.
